As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, and you will play a key role in creating a positive impression of our company.\r\n\r\nResponsibilities:<\/strong>\r\n\r\nGreet and welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor\r\nAnswer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department\r\nSchedule appointments and manage the conference room calendar\r\nHandle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries\r\nMaintain the reception area and conference room, ensuring they are clean and tidy\r\nAssist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying\r\nManage office supplies and inventory\r\nCommunicate with other departments and employees to ensure smooth office operations\r\nPerform other duties as assigned\r\nRequirements:<\/strong>\r\n\r\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\r\nProven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role\r\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\r\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)\r\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail\r\nAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively\r\nPositive attitude and a willingness to learn\r\nFluent in English and Hindi\r\nIf you are a motivated and reliable individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
