We\u2019re hiring for an exciting opportunity in the International Health (Voice) process. This role involves handling international healthcare-related voice interactions \u2014 ideal for candidates with strong English communication skills who thrive in fast-paced, customer-facing environments.


Location<\/strong>: Salt Lake Sector V Kolkata
Shift<\/strong>: Night Shift (flexible to work other shifts as required)
Joining<\/strong>: Immediate joiners preferred




Compensation & Schedule<\/strong>
CTC: \u20b935,000

In-hand: \u20b930,000

Working Days: 5 days per week

Off: 2 days (rotational)

Key Responsibilities<\/strong>
Handle inbound\/outbound voice interactions for international healthcare customers.

Provide accurate information, resolve queries, and follow defined process guidelines.

Maintain quality and compliance standards while meeting productivity targets.

Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and process improvements.

Eligibility & Requirements<\/strong>
Education: Graduate or Undergraduate.

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates welcome.

Skills: Excellent English verbal communication.

Willingness to work night shift and rotate shifts when required.
