Responsibilities Includes : 1.Handle many inbound and outbound calls to customers and clients. 2.Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions. 3.Upsell other products wherever possible. 4.Ensure you follow the customer service script provided by the company for uniformity. 5.Also, be well-read on company policies and the website for FAQs or policy related answers. 6.Maintain good customer relations. 7.Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets. 8.records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data. 9.Write and submit timely reports on performance, targets, and customer queries. Qualifiaction - 12th and above. Age 18-30 Years Salary - 22k (In-hand) + Incentives+ PF+ Insurance
