Customer Support Executive (WFH)

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for Blinkit Blended Process to Work From Home

Responsibilities :
Resolve customers follow up queries by contacting vendors and Customers.
Make Outbound calls and send emails on behalf of the customer to get their travel queries sorted.
Responding to queries on emails that are received from vendors and suppliers.
Sending non templated emails with empathy and care
Should have eye for detail and good problem-solving ability.
Proficient in navigating various client tools, candidate must have his own laptop/Desktop and Wi-fi connection.
Requirement:
Qualification 12th and Above
Language - Good Hindi and English
Freshers and Experienced both can apply
