Customer Support Executive

We are currently seeking highly motivated and experienced Customer Support Executives to join our team in Kolkata for a banking process. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers and assist them with their queries related to banking products and services
Provide accurate and timely information to customers
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
Follow up on customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
Meet targets for call handling, customer satisfaction and other performance metrics

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support role, preferably in banking or financial services industry
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi/Bengali
Good knowledge of banking products and services

12th and Above
