We are looking for Customer Support Executive for Thane & Navi Mumbai Location.

Qualification Required 12 & Above , Hindi/English and an additional language like Malayalam, Telugu or Tamil will be added as an advantage.

Responsibilities Includes :

  1. Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  2. Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topicsIdentify customers’ needs,
  3. clarify information,
  4. Research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternativesSeize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
  5. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  6. Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
  7. Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
