Key Responsibilities:-
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally
Provide accurate information related to banking and insurance products
Resolve customer queries with clarity and courtesy
Maintain customer records and follow internal processes
Ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to service quality standards
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Education: Any Graduate
Languages: Fluency in English & Hindi
Basic understanding of insurance products
Minimum 6 months of BPO experience required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and customer-handling ability
