Job Role: Customer Support Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical customer support via calls/chats/emails
Perform basic troubleshooting for customer queries
Assist customers with technical issues and ensure resolution
Maintain high-quality service and customer satisfaction
Follow process guidelines and meet performance metrics
Eligibility Criteria:
Good communication skills (English mandatory)
Graduate or Undergraduate
Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO customer support
Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge required
Salary & Benefits:
