We are hiring Customer Support Executives for Premium US Process in Malad Mumbai
Responsibilities :
Resolve customers follow up queries by contacting vendors and suppliers.
Make Outbound calls and send emails on behalf of the customer to get their travel queries sorted.
Responding to queries on emails that are received from vendors and suppliers.
Sending non templated emails with empathy and care
Should have eye for detail and good problem-solving ability.
Proficient in navigating various client tools.
Requirement:
Qualification Any Graduate
Language - English with Excellent Accent
1 Year experience in customer support.
Salary & Benefits
Upto 32K CTC + Incentives
Pickup & Drop :
1 Way (Home Pick Up/Drop), the other way will be a Nodal Point (Pick Up / Drop)
